Vibrant Life Home Care provides 24-hour residential care tailored to each person's needs and abilities. We don't offer a one-size-fits-all program — we learn who each resident is and build their daily support around that. From the most hands-on personal care to gentle encouragement toward independence, our team shows up fully, every hour of every day.

24-Hour Supervision & Personal Care

Our staff is awake and present around the clock — providing continuous supervision and hands-on assistance with all activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Residents are never left to manage on their own during the moments that matter most.

Medication Management

We handle the careful storage, timely administration, and accurate tracking of each resident's medications. Our team coordinates closely with attending physicians and pharmacies to ensure prescriptions are current, filled on time, and administered exactly as prescribed.

Nutritious Home-Cooked Meals

Residents enjoy three balanced, freshly prepared meals each day — plus snacks — in a shared dining space that feels like family. We accommodate special dietary requirements and personal food preferences, because a good meal is one of the simplest ways to feel at home.

Mobility & Accessibility Support

Single-level living, accessible bathrooms with grab bars, and walk-in showers allow residents with mobility needs to move through their day safely and with dignity. Staff provide hands-on transfer and mobility assistance whenever it is needed — the home is designed to support independence, not restrict it.

Daily Activities & Engagement

Person-centered activities are woven into each day — structured enough to provide a reassuring routine, flexible enough to reflect each resident's interests. Skill-building, creative time, and community outings help residents stay engaged and connected to a larger world.

Housekeeping & Laundry

A clean, comfortable home isn't a luxury — it's a baseline we maintain every day. Housekeeping and laundry are taken care of so residents can focus on living, not chores, and families can visit knowing their loved one's environment is always fresh and well-kept.

Transportation & Appointments

We coordinate and assist with transportation to medical appointments, specialist visits, and other necessary outings. Residents get where they need to go with the support of someone who knows them — never alone and never left to navigate it themselves.

Care Coordination & Family Communication

We are an active partner in each resident's broader care network — providing regular updates to families, collaborating with regional center service coordinators, and coordinating with doctors and specialists. Families are never left wondering; open communication is built into how we work.

Daily Living Skills Training

We support residents in building greater independence through consistent, patient instruction in everyday skills — meal preparation, personal hygiene, household tasks, and more. Progress is celebrated at each person's own pace, without pressure or comparison.

Recreational Activities

A full life includes joy — music, art, games, seasonal celebrations, and community outings all have a place in the rhythm of our home. Recreational activities are planned with residents' interests in mind, not as filler but as a genuine part of each week.

Health Monitoring

Our staff observes each resident's day-to-day health with attentive, practiced eyes — noting changes in appetite, sleep, behavior, or physical wellbeing and communicating promptly with families and healthcare providers. Early awareness is one of the most protective things we can offer.

Individual Service Planning

Every resident's support is guided by an Individual Service Plan — developed in collaboration with the resident, their family, and their regional center team. We revisit and refine these plans regularly so care always reflects who the person is today, not just who they were on move-in day.

Who We Serve

Adults with developmental disabilities, ages 18–59.

Vibrant Life Home Care is a licensed residential care home serving adults with developmental disabilities — including intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, and related conditions — between the ages of 18 and 59. We support people across a wide range of needs and abilities; the common thread is our commitment to individualized, respectful care.

That might mean structured routines and step-by-step skill-building for one resident, and gentle encouragement toward greater independence for another. We follow the lead of each person's Individual Service Plan while staying attuned to who they are day to day.

We always begin by learning who the person is — their history, preferences, communication style, and goals — and we build from there. Every resident is seen as a whole person, not a diagnosis or a care plan.

Adults with Developmental Disabilities — Ages 18–59

We support adults with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, and related conditions. Care is built around each person's routines, communication preferences, and goals for everyday life.

Our single-level home was designed with accessibility in mind — walk-in showers, grab bars, wide doorways, and non-slip flooring allow residents with mobility needs to move through their day safely and with dignity. The environment adapts to the person, not the other way around.

What Never Changes

Regardless of diagnosis or care level, every resident is treated with the same respect, warmth, and attentiveness. We don't take on more residents than we can genuinely support — because quality of care depends on it.
