Vibrant Life Home Care was built from a vision inspired by a passion for serving adults with developmental disabilities. Our foundation is rooted in a simple belief: every individual deserves personalized, compassionate care that recognizes their unique strengths, needs, and goals.

Vibrant Life Home Care opened in Loma Linda with one clear intention — a home that looks, feels, and functions like a real home. A place rooted in the belief that every individual deserves the opportunity to reach their fullest potential while living in an environment that promotes independence, self-worth, and personal growth. From the carefully chosen furnishings to the freshly prepared meals, every detail reflects that original vision and purpose.
That purpose guides everything here. Compassionate caregivers work closely with residents, families, physicians, and Regional Center professionals to ensure high-quality, person-centered care — because residents here aren't managed, they're known. Staff learn preferences, rhythms, and personalities. Families stay in close contact, and case managers know they can call with a question and get a straightforward answer.

Lydea Millet
Registered Nurse · Licensed Administrator · Vibrant Life Home Care Residential Care Home
Lydea has been a registered nurse for 15 years with an extensive background of caring for patients with various needs, and with additional years of working at an Adult Residential Facility she has developed both deep clinical expertise and the belief that adults with disabilities deserve something better than institutional-style living. Her genuine kindness allows her to create an environment where residents can thrive, and families can have confidence and peace of mind that their loved one is being cared for. She leads the home's day-to-day operations with a hands-on, compassionate approach. Lydea is often the first person families speak with and has an active presence in the home alongside staff.
As the licensed administrator, Lydea handles everything from staffing and compliance regulations to resident care planning and family communication. She brings both regulatory knowledge and the human instinct required to run a care home that families can genuinely trust.
Her door — and her phone — are always open. Families and home managers are welcome to contact her directly with questions about current availability or any aspect of care.
